configtool not accepting new DB OM Web Viewer 12.1

Issue/Introduction

While running configtool it shows me the old configuration.  I type in the new database and it just keeps prompting me for the the alternative.  What am i doing wrong?

Environment

• Output Management Web Viewer 12.1
• Windows Server

Cause

Likely inadequate permissions.

Resolution

When you run the configtool script, run it "As Administrator." Make sure the ID you're using has the write permissions necessary to update your WVProfile.properties file where these parameters are stored.
