Connector error occurred: Failed to initialize

Environment

SOI 4.2

Resolution

Follow these steps:-

1) Stop "CA SAM | SOI Integration & Event Management" services
2) Move \SOI\jsw\conf\SAM-IntegrationServices.conf file to a temp folder
3) Copy \SOI\jsw\conf\pre-upgrade\SAM-IntegrationServices.conf to \SOI\jsw\conf folder or copy this from a working connector file
4) Start connector services
