Issue/Introduction

PAM Dashboard is not showing all members of the site under the section "Appliance Cluster Status" 

Environment

Release : 3.4.x

Component : PRIVILEGED ACCESS MANAGEMENT

Resolution

In the PAM UI > Configuration > Network > Network Settings, the hostname is not setup properly.

Either you have a:

  • duplicate entry to another server
  • potentially left the default capam-xxxx name

To update this, you must stop the cluster, or potentially eject the member, update the hostname and re-join or start the cluster.
