Wrong Date in DLP email incidents

Issue/Introduction

Symantec Data Loss Prevention (DLP) email incidents are showing incorrect dates from 1969.

Example:
Date 12/31/69 7:00 PM

Environment

Data Loss Prevention 15.7.x
Data Loss Prevention 15.8.x

Cause

The date format in the email header is incorrect.

Resolution

Confirm that the date specified in the email header is following the format recognized by DLP.

DLP is expecting the following format:
Date: Fri, 18 Jun 2021 12:10:53 -0600

Additional Information

The date field in the incident is populated from the date in the email header.
