New CA Endevor Install getting ALLOCATION ERROR - 1708 - DSN SYSR.ENDEVOR.ELMCATL

Issue/Introduction

Have installed CA Endevor on a test LPAR and when accessing the ISPF option panel getting below error:

 ALLOCATION ERROR - 1708 - DSN SYSR.ENDEVOR.ELMCATL

 

Can't find anything in the doc that explains how to define the Element Catalog.  

Is there a job available to define the file?

Resolution

Use the BC1JJB07 job in the CSIQJCL library.
