Issue/Introduction

Clarity is processing much slower than usual.  This makes it close to impossible to get all of your work completed in a timely manner.  This issue is being faced by all users across Clarity.

Resolution

GCP / SaaS customers contact Broadcom support for assistance.

  1. Check the database schema to find any queries that are stuck in idle/processing for a long time
  2. Remove those queries in working with the DBA
  3. Services restart may also be necessary in some cases
