Issue/Introduction

Description:

Manual Action Items can be created from the Organizer not associated with a project or manual Action Items can be created through the Project, Collaboration tab. We want to add more lookup values. How do we create new lookup values?

Solution:

The manual Action Items created through the Organizer or through a Project use one specific lookup for the Action Item Status.

Lookup: Status
Lookup ID: CAL_EVENT_STATUS
This is a system-restricted, static list lookup. No new values can be added
  

Action Items created through a BPM Process Definition use different lookup values that can have new values.

Lookup: Process Default Status
Lookup ID: PROCESS_DEFAULT_AI_STATUS
This is a system, static list lookup, not restricted. New values can be added to this lookup.

Values show up for process definitions created for the Project object.

In the BPM Process definition the Administrator must select appropriate values to appear to the end-user.

  

Lookup: Idea Process Status Types
Lookup ID: IDEA_PROCESS_STATUS
This is a system, static list lookup, not restricted. New values can be added to this lookup.
