CCR Unable to connect to Data Manager

Issue/Introduction

CCR unable to connect to the Data Manager. I can login to Data Manager.

Environment

Release : 2.94

Component : CA CAPACITY MANAGER

Cause

To use CCR (Current Capacity Reporter) with Windows 2012, you must set specific Application Pool values for Internet Information Services (IIS) for Windows®.

Resolution

Follow below steps 

Open IIS Manager and navigate to Application Pools.

Right-click on DefaultAppPool.

Select Set Application Pool Defaults.

Change .NET CLR Version to v2.0.

Click OK.

To save the changes,

Recycle IIS.
