We have enabled a non-federated user to login to Clarity SaaS. The correct generic URL is being used to login. However, when the user clicks the link for a Clarity environment, he is redirected to a page that is not within Clarity PPM.

The user account is not active in Clarity PPM.
An administrator has to login to the relevant Clarity PPM environment and set the user's status to "Active".
