Got error "ConnMngUi Encryption is not enabled" when connect from ESP Workstation

Issue/Introduction

When the user tried to connect from ESP Workstation, he got the error below:

ConnMngUi

Encryption is not enabled

 

Environment

Release : 11.4 & 12.0

Component : CA ESP WORKLOAD AUTOMATION Workstation

Resolution

User error, he used an invalid password.

He signed on to the mainframe through a terminal emulator, got his password changed and then he could use the workstation with no problems.
