Issue/Introduction

pdm_status shows 

CA SD Tomcat  (pdm_tomcat_nxd) Not Running   SDM-server-name

and when try from command line "pdm_tomcat_nxd -c start" this error comes back

Exiting - Cannot access classpath file: 'C:/PROGRA~2/CA/SERVIC~1/java/lib/sqljdbc.jar', classpath used = C:/PROGRA~2/CA/SERVIC~1/java/lib/sqljdbc.jar;C:/PROGRA~2/CA/SERVIC~1/java/lib/ojdbc14.jar

Release : 17.3

Component : SERVICE DESK MANAGER

Resolution

Follow this steps

1) Take a backup of NX.env file from Service Desk install root directory

2) Use a text editor open NX.env file change NX_JDBC_DRIVER_CLASSPATH to

@NX_JDBC_DRIVER_CLASSPATH=$NX_ROOT/java/lib/mssql-jdbc-7.2.2.jre8.jar;$NX_ROOT/java/lib/ojdbc8.jar

and save

3) Restart Service Desk service from Service Manager

4) Run "pdm_status" and confirm SD Tomcat is running
