pdm_status shows
CA SD Tomcat (pdm_tomcat_nxd) Not Running SDM-server-name
and when try from command line "pdm_tomcat_nxd -c start" this error comes back

Follow this steps
1) Take a backup of NX.env file from Service Desk install root directory
2) Use a text editor open NX.env file change NX_JDBC_DRIVER_CLASSPATH to
@NX_JDBC_DRIVER_CLASSPATH=$NX_ROOT/java/lib/mssql-jdbc-7.2.2.jre8.jar;$NX_ROOT/java/lib/ojdbc8.jar
and save
3) Restart Service Desk service from Service Manager
4) Run "pdm_status" and confirm SD Tomcat is running
