Issue/Introduction

I see the following message below in the log files.

21-05-31 12.06.53 [ERROR] ClusterService-thread-1:com.ca.idash.core.server.cluster.ClusterService: http://hostname:8080/ is down connect timed out
java.net.SocketTimeoutException: connect timed out

Environment

Release : 12.1

Component : CA WORKLOAD AUTOMATION iDASH FOR CA 7

Resolution

This error is related to a network issue. Need to consult the network team to get this resolved.
