Issue/Introduction

Need to create a keystore for EEM authentication to connect to Ldap

Environment

Release : 4.2

Component : SOI Manager

Resolution

Ran this command to create the keystore file

keytool -genkey -alias tomcat -keyalg RSA -keystore EEMKeystore.jks

Imported the cert into EEMKeystore.jks

Copy the EEMKeystore.jks to C:\Program Files\CA\SC\EmbeddedEntitlementsManager\ folder and use the Certificate Validation procedure from the steps outlined in the documentation in

https://techdocs.broadcom.com/us/en/ca-enterprise-software/other/Embedded-Entitlements-Manager/12-6/configuring/certificate-validation/how-to-validate-a-certificate/configure-ca-eem-with-a-trusted-ca.html
