App Synthetic Monitor Agent does not alert for down monitor

Issue/Introduction

We have App Synthetic Monitor Agent which is reporting data for our ASM monitors. We had an issue where, we did not get data in metric view for a duration when incident was going on. We had configured the alert, but since the data was not there we could get an alert generated for the duration.

Resolution

App Synthetic Monitor Agent is upgraded to 21.4.
