Board

• Board view "Color By" Option not showing colors
• No options in the Board view for Columns and Color by due to slow performance (DE60174) - (Impacts 15.8.1, 15.9, 15.9.1 - fixed in 15.9.2)
• Board view issue for new cards in Investments - (Impacts 15.9.1, fixed in 15.9.2)
• Project Default fields set to required are not prefilled in Board - Create
• Could not save the view' error when using custom views on the Project board and grids (Fully fixed in 15.9.1 through DE59142)
• Clicking on Projects, Ideas or Investments while using the Board View opens the Wrong Investment (DE56410 - Impacts 15.8, 15.8.1 - fixed in 15.9)
• API-1005 on projects Board after updating API Attribute ID for the column attribute (DE62942 - Impacts 15.9.2, 15.9.3, 16.0 - fixed in 16.0.1)

Tiles

Performance

• Project Tiles Project Manager search screen slow for non admins (DE61893 - Impacts 15.9.2, 15.9.3, 16.0 - fixed in 16.0.1)
• Project Tile selection is slow to display the contents in Modern UX (DE49702 - Impacts 15.5.1 - fixed in 15.6)
• Modern UX - Performance issue - Project Tile page - (Impacts 15.8.1, no longer reproducible in 15.9.1)

Value Display Issues

• Project Tile: Status Report 'Overall Status' display in Modern UX
• New UX - Project Tiles display "On Track" badge even if we did not create a Status Report on the project

Other

• Project Tiles vs. Project List results mismatch when projects are templates
• Project list versus Tiles mismatch in filter for inactive managers
• No breadcrumb if browse from Project Tiles in the Modern UX (DE58373 - Impacts 15.9.1, fixed in 15.9.2)
• Unable to create Risks for Idea, Projects and Custom Investments on 15.9.2 (DE60991 - Impacts 15.9.2 - fixed in 15.9.2 patch 1 and 15.9.3)
• Project Tile or Banner color in the Modern UX determination
• Clicking Financials icon on Project Tile doesn't take you to Financials Tab (Fixed in 15.9.3)

Grid/List (Modern UX)

• Project back button navigates to the Project Grid/List View (DE61097 - Impacts 15.9.2 - fixed in 15.9.3)
• MUX API-1019 Error with Group By filter when list view contains an attachment field  (DE60751 - Impacts 15.9.1, 15.9.2 -  fixed in 15.9.2 patch 1 and 15.9.3)
• API-1019 error in project grid
• Changes in the Team do not update the project Last Update Date

Copy / Create Projects

Performance

• New UX - Create project performance is slow on merge in ODF_ITEM_POSITIONS - DE55011 (Impacts 15.7.1, 15.8, 15.8.1 - fixed in 15.9)
• New UX - Create project performance is slow on merge in ODF_ITEM_POSITIONS - DE59337 (Impacts 15.9 and 15.9.1 - fixed in 15.9.2)

Copying Tasks/Projects

• Can you Copy a Project to Another Project
• Cannot copy tasks multiple times from a template

Projects from Template

• Informational Articles:
  • Projects created from a template are also templates
  • "New From Template" does not copy all template items 
  • Project Team and Tasks not Copying from Template   
  • Unable to create project from template when changing manager prior to saving 
  • Project created from Template uses same ID for Risk, Issue, and Changes 
  • Blank template page on Projects 
  • Project created from Template is not providing necessary rights to collaboration manager 
  • Error when creating project from template - PRJ-10007: You do not have the rights to add team members 
• Known Issues:
  • New Project from Template Process to Copy RICs does not copy over the To Dos (DE65526 - Impacts 16.0.2) 

 

Modern User Experience (UX) Specific

• MUX - Default OBS assigned instead of from Template (DE61283 - Impacts 15.9.2, fixed in 15.9.3)
• Create from Template in MUX requires all custom required fields to be populated
• When creating a project in MUX it generates an error/warning "Invalid unitID value {0} given for attribute {1}"
• Create from Template dialogue creating a 'failed to create project' error (Impacts 15.9.2, fixed in 15.9.3)
• Cannot Create a Project From Template in the New UX - due to missing access
• 'Create from Template' in Project Blueprint fails with Department OBS field (DE61201 - Impacts 15.9.2, fixed in 15.9.3)
• Failed to create project error when converting idea (DE60894, Impacts 15.9.1, 15.9.2, 15.9.3 - fixed in 16.0.0)
• Create Project from Template shows Grid and not Carousel layout starting in 15.9.3

Other

• Multiple Projects Created On New Card (DE59445 - Impacts 15.9 and 15.9.1 - fixed in 15.9.1 patch 1 and 15.9.2)

Idea Conversion related

• A project created from converting Ideas always has Financial Status of On Hold
• Idea to Project Conversion - Project Finish Date does not get set to Idea Finish Date

Project Deletion

• PPM projects marked for deletion not getting deleted

Project Errors

• Project Properties giving Error 500 - Internal Server Error

Start / Finish Dates

• Start and Finish dates on Investments, Allocations, Tasks and Assignments
• Idea to Project Conversion - Project Finish Date does not get set to Idea Finish Date

% Complete / Status issues

• Tasks and Gantt of Sub-projects showing Status of Not Started and 90% Complete
• Program Task % Complete is not reflecting Projects % Complete
• Project Percent Complete not Updating
• % Complete Calculation Methods Behavior
• Project % complete is editable in Clarity even if % Calculation method is set to Duration or Effort (DE63784 - fixed in 16.0.2)

Baselines

• Program subprojects do not display baseline data
• Baselines in MUX

Autoschedule

• Autoschedule not honoring dependencies - Walks you through troubleshooting steps for some known causes
• Auto Schedule moves some dates to 2079
• When Autoscheduling, all ETC is getting scheduled for one day for some assignments
• OWB or Gantt - Autoscheduling with Uniform pushes tasks dates and ETC out
• Autoscheduling is Changing the Task Date even though there are no Dependencies or Assignments
• Resource's Allocation dates and Autoscheduling in the Gantt
• Autoschedule in Clarity and OWB - basic rules

Locked Projects

• Locked Projects - Known KBs/Issues

Collaboration

• Collaboration Tab not showing up for some people/projects

Project Level Data

• ACWP and Total Hours not Updating
• ETC and Actuals of program are zero in the Projects list view
• Actuals are missing on the Project list page

Lookups

• Unable to select the values for Project Type and Project Category fields in MUX
• Idea / Project 'Status' field shows incorrect values

Usability

• Unable to see Views after upgrade to 15.9.3
