Restrict access to ACF2 REFRESH command via OPERCMDS resource class?

Issue/Introduction

Is it possible to restrict access to the ACF2,REFRESH(gso rec) command via the
OPERCMDS resource class?   

Environment

Release : 16.0
Component : CA ACF2 for z/OS

Resolution

To issue ACF2,REFRESH(gso rec), the user requires the TSO OPERATOR
privilege set on their logonid along with the REFRESH privilege.

ACF2 modify commands can be protected through the OPERCMDS  
resource class however there is no distinction between the actual ACF2     
MODIFY parameters such as REBUILD, REFRESH, RESET etc...

The resource for these commands is: MVS.MODIFY.STC.ACF2.ACF2
