Issue/Introduction

Add a new INVALID=B (BYPASS) enhancement option to the CA Dispatch Archive Consolidation utility (DSEXARC(L).

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
Add new INVALID=B (Bypass) Option to Archive Condense Utility DSEXARC/DSEXARCL.
 
SYMPTOMS:
Currently the Archive Condense Utility DSEXARC/DSEXARCL supports the following 'Invalid=' options;
 
INVALID= D or U
 
       D is the default setting. It indicates that the invalid
         AR-REPORT entry is soft deleted.  Soft delete means
         that this report record is flagged for deletion and
         is not shown on any Archive screen.
 
       U indicates that the invalid AR-REPORT entry is flagged
         as invalid on the VARMI200 screen with the Volser set
         to '******' and the File Sequence number set to 0.
 
This APAR adds the new INVALID=B Option to Archive Condense Utility DSEXARC/DSEXARCL.
 
       B indicates that the invalid AR-REPORT entry is simply
         bypassed during this execution of Condense processing.
        The report entry will not be logically deleted or
        Flagged as 'Invalid'.
 
With all options, D, U or B, the report is bypassed during CONDENSE processing.
 
IMPACT:
Adding the new INVALID=B (Bypass) Option to Archive Condense Utility DSEXARC/DSEXARCL will give clients more flexibility in their response to 'Invalid' Archive Report entries.
