Issue/Introduction

After updating the certificates for the AutoSys Web Server, the service fails to start. The following errors are seen in the $AUTOUSER/out/waae_webserver_wrapper.log:

Environment

Workload Automation AE (AutoSys)

Cause

This error occurs when the Web Server keystore does not contain the private key matching the public key used to generate the server certificate.

Resolution
