Dx Spectrum - OneClick jnlp (client console) not launching

Issue/Introduction
The Spectrum OneClick.jnlp does not open, with errors such as:
java.lang.UnsupportedClassVersionError: com/aprisma/spectrum/app/console/client/ConsoleApp has been compiled by a more recent version of the Java Runtime (class file version 55.0), this version of the Java Runtime only recognizes class file versions up to 52.0
Environment
DX NetOps Spectrum Release : 22.2
Cause
Either the supported Java version is not installed or multiple java version installed.
Resolution
Go to Control Panel -> Double click on Java
> The Java version looks updated. However as we have 2 Java showing up in the Environment Settings, need to disable or remove the x86 and remove cache from browser then try loading OneClick.
> If it does not work then please remove both Java, download it from the OneClick Administrator Page & install.
> Validate in the Java Runtime Environment Settings.
> Try launching OC and see if it works.
