My tests are ending abruptly before reaching its end time
Environment
Release : SAAS
Component : BLAZEMETER FUNCTIONAL TESTING
Cause
Pause too high between Thread Groups.
Resolution
After reviewing the JMeter script, you are pausing way too high on each Thread group.
On thread group bzm - Concurrency Thread Group_Commissioning you are pausing 40 minutes.
On thread group bzm - Concurrency Thread Group_Quality you are pausing 30 minutes.
On thread group bzm - Concurrency Thread Group_Survey you are pausing 30 minutes.
When the BlazeMeter backend for an extensive amount of time it considers the test and inactive and will terminate it.
I suggest to not configure pauses over 5 minutes. After change the test ran with no issues.
Performance tests should not have a wait time between 30 to 40 minutes, if you do, it will start declaring threads inactive and terminate the test.
