Issue/Introduction

This tech doc will help you resolve issues when you see intermittent System Status for NFA responses. 

Environment

Release : 20.2+

Component : NETWORK FLOW ANALYSIS CAPC/NPC

Cause

The datasourceContext variable doesn't get reset at the beginning of the method causing the API to query the wrong database.

Resolution

Worked with development to get a patch that clears a variable to avoid the API running into issues when doing system status polling. Right now the patch is only available for 10.0.5. Please open a support ticket if you are on 10.0.6 or 10.0.7 and think you need this patch.

This is resolved in Network Flow Analysis 21.2.1+.
