Create Jaspersoft User Job errors out after Jasper Clustering

Issue/Introduction

After enabling Jasper Clustering, Create/Update Jaspersoft Job is failing with the error "Connection Refused"

Environment

Release : 15.9.1

Component : CA PPM JASPERSOFT

Cause

This is not Related to Jasper Clustering and is a configuration issue.

Resolution

Validate the properties.xml on all the application server nodes and make sure the Jasper Server URL is correct on all of them.
