Issue/Introduction

Web server is not connecting with application server, getting the following error

unsupported protocol or cipherSuite being used
javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: Received fatal alert: handshake_failure

Environment

Release : 1.0

Component : Integration with APM

Resolution

Customer was using Agent Version 9.5 Release 9.5.2.0 which does not support the latest SSL protocol.

Installed APMIA 10.7 SP3 resolved the issue.
