Upgrading from 3.3 R3 to 3.3 R7 displays dialog box that the console is running on one or more remote computers

Issue/Introduction

During the upgrade process a dialog box displays 'We have detected that the Ghost Solution Suite Console is running on one or more remote computers.'  

Environment

Release : 3.3 RU7

Component : upgrade

Cause

Upgrade process detected user sessions

Resolution

1) From GSS server run: Computer Management

2) From left panel go to System Tools > Shared Folders > Sessions

3) In main windows right click > All Tasks > Disconnect All Sessions

4) Run upgrade process again
