ORA-20154 Job Launch Error

Issue/Introduction

Job goes to LAUNCH ERROR status with errors below:
10:40:44.482 MSM0: .AxRmiServer$1: null ErrorMsg: AwE-5102 Agent error 
Details: ORA-20154: Password must at least one alpha character and one number
ORA-06512: at "APPWORX.SO_USER_TABLE_TRIG", line 35
ORA-04088: error during execution of trigger 'APPWORX.SO_USER_TABLE_TRIG'

Cause

Problem is due to incorrect/invalid subvar.

 

Resolution

Following suggestions will fix the problem:

1) Remove subvar from the job, save the job.

2) once done, resubmit the job.
