Issue/Introduction

We wanted to know, if we can find any usage statistics for Knowledge base documents uploaded in Clarity. It could be number of times file was accessed, who accessed it, time etc. Is this information available?

Environment

Release : 15.8.1

Component : CA PPM APPLICATION

Resolution

Go into Clarity, under "Home" and "Knowledge Store" on a specific document you can select the "Actions" dropdown, and chose the option "History".

This will show you who accessed a document and the date.

There is no actual way to export this information, and there are no Reports built that will allow you to collect the data. The information can only be collected on a document by document basis.
