Issue/Introduction

We have urgent requirement to pull out reports from Arcot for past 2 months showing which users(UID) have performed OTP based journey?

 

Environment

Release : 8.1

Component : AuthMinder(Arcot WebFort)

Resolution

1. Login as Global Admin in Admin console.

2. Go to reports section and select Strong Authentication reports.

3. Select the Authentication Activity report and right side you will see the filters.

4. Select the Organization for which you want to run the report and select the From and To date, If there is too much data I will suggest that you select the From date as 2 months before date and then To date as 15 days from that date and click submit.

5. Once the report is run you will see a Drop down "Events to Display" . You can select the verifyOTP operation which is the OTP authentication part and then export the reports.

6. Repeat point 4 in 15 days interval until you have all the data.

7. If you need the data related to who enrolled for OTP then you need to run the Credential management Activity report and then follow the same steps as above.
