Got "Encore not available" when restart a job thru CA Workload Automation Restart Option EE

Issue/Introduction

Issue/Problem/Symptoms: 

When attempting to restart a job through CA Workload Automation Restart Option EE (Encore) using the CSF command "RR", you are receiving "Encore not available".

Environment:  

CA WA Restart Option EE 11.4 Z/OS

Cause: 

1. Encore is not active. Check output of "OPER ENCPARM STATUS" which should returns "ESP ENCORE ACTIVE" on the top right of the screen.

2. Encore AUX_AS is not active. Issue "/F esp_stc,AUX_AS" to check.

Resolution/Workaround:

If it’s #1, then issue “OPER ENCPARM RESTART” to start Encore.

If it’s #2 shows output like "ESP2690I AUX_AS is not active", the following command can be used to restart the AUX_AS: 

/F esp_stc,AUX_AS BOUNCE
