Clarity URL keeps looping when using SAML based authentication

Issue/Introduction

When using SP initiated Login by typing in the Clarity URL http(s)://example.com/niku/nu, the request is authenticated by IDP and the browser keeps looping, sending the request to http(s)://example.com/niku/nu again and again.

Cause

This is caused by incorrect configuration of the HTTP(S) entry URL in NSA when a Load Balancer is used.

Resolution

In NSA/CSA -> Application tab, make sure that the Entry URL is configured with the Load Balancer URL (https://example.com) instead of the Server URL(https://server1.example.com)
