We had a WCC 11.4 SP7 and I uninstalled it yesterday. Today I was going to install WCC 12 but it keeps telling me I have to upgrade it.

Try renaming
/opt/CA/SharedComponents/installer/administration/admi
to
/opt/CA/SharedComponents/installer/administration/admi2
See if the products still apear in your listings and see if the install now gives you the desired new install options.
