MUX project Tasks tab hangs in loading data

Issue/Introduction

The MUX project tasks tab hangs on loading data if the user does not have Task Management access rights.
The relevant API error is thrown but the tab hangs in Loading data instead of showing a blank task list
Error: API-1007 : You are not authorized to process request. Contact your system administrator for necessary security rights.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. Go to Administration > Organization and Access > Resources
2. Create a new user with the following global rights:
   Project - Edit Financial - All
   Project Management - Tiles Navigate
   Project Management - Navigate
   Projects - Navigate
3. Login as that user
4. On the Classic UI, go to any project
5. The tasks tab is not visible
6. Move to the Modern UX
7. Open any project and go to the Tasks tab

Expected Results: The Tasks tab does not display any tasks as the user does not have rights. You get an error:
API-1007 : You are not authorized to process request. Contact your system administrator for necessary security rights.
Actual Results: You get the error, but the tab hangs on Loading Data. the tab should display no records instead.

This is caused by DE61375

Resolution

This is is fixed in 15.9.3

On the scenario explained above, the expected behavior is:

 

The Tasks tab displays, but the Loading Data message is now taken care of
