Issue/Introduction

AP Autostart Manager fails upon startup, unknown error 1067.  See the following message in apstart.out:

14:08:04.190 S0 P1132 T6732 C=1  Task=1   No name yet: (mgr_start_ap,5000,E)   LogonUser failure: rc=1326, The user name or password is incorrect.

 

What is this username and password and where is it kept.  How do I change it?

Resolution

Enter the Configuration Manager application, Expert Interface, Automation and finally Automation Services Startup Options. This is the place where you may have an userid and password that are either incorrect or an expired password.
