Issue/Introduction

I am trying to install 12.1 Web Viewer but am receiving a "Windows DLL Failed to Load" Error

 

Environment

Release : 12.1

Component : OUTPUT MANAGEMENT WEB VIEWER FOR ALL PLATFORMS

Microsoft Windows Server

Resolution

Use this .iso file on the download page

CA OUTPUT MANAGEMENT WEB VIEWER V12.1 S1409 - MEDIA REPLACEMENT

(DVD0000000001981.ISO)

And unzip the .iso file and change to

C:\cases\2019 install file\DVD0000000001981\InstData\Windows_x64\NoVM

and run CAOMWV.exe as administrator.
