WAS Installation didn't create IMSBus and IMSPolicy

Issue/Introduction

Perform IDM 14.4 ear installation (automatic, not manual) on WAS app server. After installation, did not see any error on screen and in log file. However, There is no IMSBus and IMSPolicy created in WAS app server.

Environment

Release : 14.4 (non-App Implementation)

Component : IdentityMinder(Identity Manager)

Windows 2019

Database: SQL Server 2019

App Server: WebSphere 8.5.5.19 cluster.

Non-FIPS 

Cause

A script was not executed

Resolution

 Execute iam_im_imsSetupCluster.jacl script which is under \IBM\WebSphere\AppServer\profiles\Dmgr01\bin\
