Clarity PPM On Premise Clarity PPM SaaS

Issue/Introduction

All the reports are failing from Clarity with error: Cannot open connection; uncategorized SQLException for SQL [???]; SQL state [99999]; error code [28000]; ORA-28000: the account is locked 

You may be also unable to log in to the Jaspersoft console after changing the database password.
