Question:

Can APM/ITAM be launched in context to a particular asset?

Answer:

APM/ITAM  can be launched in context only using the assetid.

An example of launching the asset in context is shown below.

Note: The asset id can be determined by creating a custom search in APM/ITAM that includes a known search criteria field such as 'Asset Name' and choosing the 'Asset ID' as one of the search results fields.
