ESF427 FCB IMAGE XXX NOT FOUND

Issue/Introduction

We are seeing ESF427  FCB IMAGE XXX  NOT FOUND  message for CA SPOOL for few printers.

This is appearing after z/OS 2.4 Upgrade. The older SYS1.IMAGELIB has been copied the current SYS1.IMAGELIB, but still messages are appearing.

 

Environment

Release : 12.0

Component : CA Spool

Cause

The new SYS1.IMAGELIB created extents when the modules were copied. 

Resolution

Recycling the CA Spool started task corrected the issue.
