Unable to send ENTER from Merged Msg session

Issue/Introduction

After installing AP 11.7 version, we can not send a "ENTER" command from the Merged Msg session. We can start Rexx program or script from the Merged Msg session and hit ENTER properly but when 
we select "enter command to session", and then enter the desired cmd and hit ENTER, the command is not sent.
