System Agent fails with error 127 on Suse 15

Issue/Introduction

When installing System Agent 11.5 on SUSE 15, it fails with following error messages:

Cause

From the "CA_WA_Agent_11.5.00.00_Install_mm_dd_yyyy_hh_mm_ss.log"  following error messages are found:

Custom Action:            cybermation.iainstaller.library.CybFatalLinuxService
                          Status: FATAL ERROR
                          Additional Notes: FATAL ERROR -     class cybermation.iainstaller.library.CybFatalLinuxService FatalInstallException: Service could not be registered. Could not register service with chkconfig. 
/sbin/insserv: No such file or directory

Resolution

Binary "sbin/insserv" is missing on Suse 15.
This binary comes from package insserv-compat.

Following command can be used to install this package:

zypper install insserv-compat
