Timesheet status on Carousel changes after refresh

Clarity PPM On Premise Clarity PPM SaaS

Issue/Introduction

In some circumstances, I see that the timesheet carousel status shows up as "Adjusted", but after refreshing the page, the status shows up as "Posted".

In order to solved this temporarily we need to select the timesheet (Current) and refresh the page, it is a rendering issue.

Resolution

Carousel has received some improvements in past releases. Essential Clarity Add-Ins (System: PPM content, Accelerator: Program Management Office) had items that were not fully upgraded after Clarity upgrade, so the Modern UX had some items that were not up to date.

Go to Administration > Studio > Content Add-Ins and verify that at least these two add-ins are showing up as 'Installed' (verify the Post-Upgrade Steps documentation in the Additional Information section on how to apply any items that are not fully upgraded).
