Reports are not working using Advance Reporting

Issue/Introduction

When you try to run the report via Clarity Advance Reporting using VPN(Zscaler) after a few mins the reports stop rendering

Error Message: ERROR JaaSProxyJDBCPoolDataSourceFactory,https-jsse-nio-8443-exec-15:1241 [root|superuser] - ::org.apache.jasper.JasperException: JaaSProxyJDBCPoolDataSourceFactory.createService(){Tenant=null,User=superuser}-Dynamic Proxy Data Source Pool can only be used at a Tenant Level context.

Environment

Release : 15.8.1

Resolution

There is a configuration setting (Filter) (For Request) for VPN(Zscaler) that needs to be adjusted (Increase or disable). Make the desired changes and it should resolve the issue.
