Logout does not occur with SAML- Identity Portal integration

Issue/Introduction

With Identity Portal integrated with Okta using SAML, log in via SAML successfully lands on the Identity Portal page via Okta IDP, but clicking logout does not redirect to the IP logout URL. Clicking logout has no effect and just returns to the current Identity Portal page.

When clicking on the Logout tab/button it stays on the current IP page.

Resolution

Configure the Logout URL section in the Identity Portal “System” section after enabling SSO.
