Cannot log in to CloudSOC (CASB Portal)

Resolution
Test login:
- Different Browser or Clear cache
- Different User.
- Test without Single Sign-on
Check and subscribe to Broadcom Service Health Status
Open a Support Case with the following:
- CloudSOC TenantID
- North America OR EU Tenant
- Email address of the user who attempted the login
- Symptom and Error.
