Resolution

Test login:

  • Different Browser or Clear cache
  • Different User.
  • Test without Single Sign-on

Check and subscribe to Broadcom Service Health Status

Open a Support Case with the following:

  • CloudSOC TenantID
  • North America OR EU Tenant
  • Email address of the user who attempted the login
  • Symptom and Error.
