Issue/Introduction

Windows 10 IoT Enterprise machines appear as unclassified OS in DSM Explorer.

Environment

CA Client Automation 14.0 SP2

Resolution

Open a case at CA Broadcom Technical Support and ask the fix T55V218 (ITCM 14.0 SP2)

 

This fix should be installed on DSM Agent 14.0 SP2 running on Windows 10 IoT Enterprise.

Recycle caf after installation of fix and execute caf register :

caf stop

caf start

caf register all

 

This fix should also be installed on Domain Manager 14.0 SP2 and Remote machine with DSM Explorer 14.0 SP2.

It is not necessary to recycle caf on these machines. Only a restart of DSM Explorer is necessary
