Issue/Introduction

When trying to override an option, receiving message 

SECU052E Not authorized for CICSSET CONFIG subcommand

 

Environment

SYSVIEW R16.0

Cause

USER (or Group)  is not authorized to use the (subcmd) subcommand of the (pricmd) primary command.

Resolution

In SYSVIEW, type the command: Security

then select User Groups

Then select the desired group

Then select   Commands Sections

and check the options for each command.

 

Use the F1 key to see more details.
