Missing TAB on WSS portal

Issue/Introduction

WSS portal not showing connectivity, Identity and Policy TAB.

Environment

Other than newly deployed WSS portal the issue can also be seen when admin change WSS portal to be manage by WSS to Management center.

Cause

Most of the time, the issue is related to new deployed WSS portal .Sample screenshot as per below:
