COMMON SERVICES FOR Z/OS

Issue/Introduction

Installing CA Common Services (CCS) Tomcat for the 1st time. After completing the install (receive, apply, accept) I noticed the USS files are not readable.  Is this normal?

The Directories and files look ok until I try to view or browse.
