"Error 500..." when trying to create Cost Plan due to issue with audit trigger

Issue/Introduction

Not able to create a cost plan. Receive Error "Error 500 - Internal Server Error. The server could not retrieve the document due to server-configuration or other technical problems. Contact your site administrator."

Error seen in logs:

Cause

Issue is due to a corrupted audit trigger.

Resolution

1. Navigate to Administration->Objects
2. Search for the Cost Plan object
3. Go to the Audit Trail tab
4. Remove Audited Attributes and click Save
5. Put the audited attributes back and click Save.
