The "Install with default components (Tomcat and PostgresSQL)" grayed out when installing Spectrum CABI 6* or 7*

Environment

Release : CABI 6.x or 7.x

Component : Jaspersoft for CA Spectrum

Cause

Issue with the /etc/hosts file (Linux) or %SystemRoot%\System32\drivers\etc\hosts (Windows)

Resolution

Review the contents of the /etc/hosts file (Linux) or %SystemRoot%\System32\drivers\etc\hosts (Windows) and make corrections as necessary and rerun the install.
