[SAP] Can't execute Jobs when "Read" and "Execute" permissions are missing on the JOBI objects

Issue/Introduction

For a user without those permissions, the SAP jobs won't be executed.
We can see in the logs an Access denied to a JOBI object set by default to execute with any SAP job (Client 0)
